Q: Can I have some your samples before order?

A: Yes,we can send few pairs samples for free, but the freight charge will be collected for new customers who we haven't started cooperated one time yet.

Q: If I can't find suitable specification in your website, can you open the model according to my sizes ? Then should I pay the model fee for it ?

A: Yes, cutomerlized product is available on your drawing or real samples. if the quanity acceed our minimum quantity(refer to 2 item), the model fee is free.

Q: Except the accessories, I need find machines,materials, can you help us to search?

A: Yes,we can search for you,but the machines should be delivered with our goods.

Q: Have you got import-export certificate?

A: it's expected to be got in two months, but we have one cooperative export agency already.
